Cowboy Sweet Heat (BBQ Rub)

(Not much heat) This blend is excellent on the grill, particularly on pork, beef, and chicken. There is a great balance of sweet, smoke and not to much heat.

Use it in the slow cooker on pulled pork recipes, throw some on your baked ribs, or add it to burger meat before cooking. It's also good on vegetables! I love this applewood chipotle rub on sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, or on grilled asparagus. Use it on rice and strongly flavored vegetables like brussels sprouts.

Ingredients: Granulated honey, smoked applewood sea salt, California paprika, garlic, onion, chipotle powder, black pepper and chipotle flakes.
